How it Looks Today

Today KIRAN has grown into a large “family”, with 80 staff serving in various Units of the Center, where 230 children come daily for learning and for therapy. About 1000 persons are cared for regularly in the Outreach Stations and in the 40 villages of the CBR Unit.

Every day we gather in the big hall for morning-prayer, staff and children, in order to start our work in a spirit of togetherness and peace.

In 1994, KIRAN was registered as a Society. Today there are 9 experienced Executive Committee Members and about 15 General Body Members. They carry  the main responsibility for the Centre, for its proper management and for the safeguard of its objectives. In 2001 the “Indian KIRAN Friends Association” (IKFA) was born, as a supportive Body, who cares for Public Relation and Advocacy.
